Every card we list is priced against live market data, and our companion app lets you track values, build decks, and get notified the moment something you want comes back in stock.

Who We Are

Vaulted Packs Inc ("Vaulted Packs," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Vaulted Packs iOS app and the website at vaultedpacks.com. We buy and sell Pokémon TCG singles, sealed products, and PSA-graded cards.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

When you use the iOS app:

• A randomly generated device identifier (installation ID) — no personal information is required to use core features
• Cards you add to your collection, folders, and trade binder (stored on your device)
• If you create an account with Sign in with Apple: a stable Apple user identifier and, only if you choose to share them, your name and email address
• If you subscribe to Vaulted Packs Pro: your subscription status and expiry (payment is handled entirely by Apple — we never see your card details)
• Push notification tokens if you enable "Notify Me" or offer alerts
• Sell requests you submit: card details, condition, photos you upload, and your chosen payout method (PayPal email or Venmo username, used solely to send payment)
• Your email address if you contact us through the app
• When you claim a free daily code: your account identifier and the time of the claim, used to enforce the one-per-day limit and prevent abuse (the claimed code's photo is shown only to you and auto-deletes — see Data Retention)

When you purchase from vaultedpacks.com:

• Name, shipping address, and email address (collected by Shopify to fulfill your order)
• Payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your full card number)
• Order history and items purchased

Automatically collected:

• Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained briefly for security and debugging
• No advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or cookies beyond what Shopify requires for checkout

How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill orders you place on vaultedpacks.com or through the app
• To send order confirmation and shipping notifications
• To send push notifications you have opted into (e.g., back-in-stock alerts)
• To evaluate sell requests you submit and communicate an offer back to you
• To display your card collection and prices within the app
• To respond to support inquiries
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

• Shopify — powers our storefront and processes payments. See shopify.com/legal/privacy.
• Cloudflare — hosts our website, Worker API, database, and uploaded card photos. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Resend — delivers order, offer, and back-in-stock emails (receives your email address and order details). See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Apple — provides Sign in with Apple, subscription billing, and push notifications via APNS. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
• Pokémon TCG API (pokemontcg.io) — provides card data and images. Only card names/IDs are sent; no personal data.
• JustTCG, PokeTrace, eBay — provide raw and graded price data and price history. Only card names/IDs are sent; no personal data.

Data Retention

We retain order and account data for as long as necessary to fulfill legal and tax obligations (generally 7 years for financial records). Card photos you upload for a sell request are deleted once the order is completed or declined. Sell request data is retained for 12 months after the request is resolved. Push notification tokens are deleted when you disable notifications or uninstall the app, and email price alerts are deleted after the one-time notification is sent. Free daily-code photos are deleted after a short re-view window (currently 7 days) or once you mark the code redeemed; the record of a claim is kept only as long as needed to enforce daily limits and prevent abuse.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

California residents (CCPA) have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal data), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR) have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. Our legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (order fulfillment) and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security).

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and access controls on our databases. Payment data is handled entirely by Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant — we never store credit card numbers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at vaultedpacks.com/privacy with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice where possible.

Products & pricing

We describe and photograph items as accurately as we can. Prices and availability may change without notice. Graded slabs are sold as graded by the listed grading company; we do not guarantee future grades or values.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is mispriced or out of stock.

Selling to us & trade credit

Offers to buy your cards are estimates until items are received and verified. Final offers may differ based on condition and authenticity. If you accept, payment is sent by your chosen method or as Vaulted Packs trade credit. Trade credit has no cash value except as store credit and is redeemed at checkout using the code shown in the app.

Free codes & daily giveaway

From time to time we give away free Pokémon TCG Live code cards in the app. These codes are provided free of charge, as-is, and while supplies last, with no guarantee of availability. Unless stated otherwise you may claim one code per account per day, first-come first-served, and you must be signed in with your Apple ID to claim. You agree not to resell, trade, or bulk-collect codes, or use multiple accounts or automated means to obtain more than your fair share. Codes are issued by The Pokémon Company / Pokémon TCG Live and their redemption is governed by that service's terms; a code may be region-restricted, expired, or already redeemed, and we are not responsible for a code that does not work once claimed. We may modify or end the giveaway at any time, and free codes carry no warranty.

Vaulted Packs Pro (auto-renewing subscription)

Vaulted Packs Pro is offered in the iOS app as a monthly ($4.99) or annual ($39.99) auto-renewing subscription; prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaulted Packs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Returns

• Items must be returned in the same condition received, in their original packaging (graded slabs must be returned in their original, unopened case).
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items

Opened sealed product and items damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Processing time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping & tracking

We ship via USPS (and UPS for higher-value orders). Tracking is emailed when your order ships. High-value orders and graded slabs ship with tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance.

Rates & destinations

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.

Lost or damaged
